Azoulay is of North African descent, beginning her journey towards the mastery of dance at an early age, embracing and learning many styles whilst shaping her unique and distinctive method. She gained the mastery of dance whilst training and performing throughout Europe and Australia. Her dance affiliation in Australia begun in Melbourne where she made professional appearances at festivals and community events, taught and talked on perspective in multicultural dance in schools, colleges, universities and seminars.
In 2005 under the auspice of Australian Sports Commission Azoulay devised African dance as a structured physical activity for the Active After-school Communities Program at various schools in the Melbourne Metro areas. Since moving to the Sunshine Coast she made several professional appearances at festivals such as Festuri, the Splash River Festival, Australia Day Celebration at Kings Beach and Caboolture Multicultural Festival, and facilitated multicultural dance workshops for Harmony Day at Nambour High Schools, Noosa District High School, Sunshine Beach Primary and Harmony Montessori Buderim. Azoulay is multilingual conversant in French, Italian and German.
